The role will involve assisting and advising on all aspects of company law, private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and MBOs and MBIs, joint ventures and investor/shareholders’ agreements, articles of association and other constitutional documents, demergers, company reconstructions and reorganisations. Additionally there is the opportunity to be involved with AIM flotations, takeovers and other public company work, commercial lending and security, financing and refinancing of businesses,
The corporate team acts for acquirers, private equity and VCT funds, founders/sellers, management teams and funders. Historically, the team has been involved in the more prominent deals in the Solent and Thames Valley region. The role would suit a candidate relocating to the region, an ambitious practitioner looking to move laterally from a national/large regional firm or an able candidate looking to work for a larger firm doing larger transactions. |
