The team

A Solicitor in the Real Estate Department to undertake general commercial property work for a variety of clients.

The opportunity

The position involves acting on sales and acquisitions (by private treaty and by auction), letting (for landlord and tenant), property management (dealing with licences to assign, underlet and alter etc) and property finance. The role is expected to encompass a broad base of general commercial property work as detailed above including providing property assistance on corporate transactions.  The role requires a good knowledge of land law, landlord and tenant law, land registration and property tax

As a member of the department the candidate will be expected to lend general support as and when required and contribute in the monthly know-how meetings and in business development.

Who we are looking for
  • 2.1 Degree or higher preferred
  • 1+ years PQE in Real Estate
  • Preferably gained experience in a top 100 firm
